Maintenance Mechanic – Paper Mill

Perform mechanical maintenance on paper machine, pulp processing, and material handling equipment at our Cloquet paper mill. Responsibilities: - Maintain rotating equipment including rolls, pumps, and gearboxes - Perform bearing replacements and precision alignment - Execute planned outage work during scheduled shutdowns - Follow lockout/tagout and confined space procedures Requirements: - 3+ years maintenance in pulp/paper, mining, or heavy industry - Millwright or heavy mechanical background - Laser alignment experience - Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime
