JOB DETAILS
Lead a team of 8–12 maintenance technicians supporting snowmobile and off-road vehicle manufacturing operations in Roseau.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign work orders
- Drive PM compliance and OEE improvement
- Interview, hire, and develop maintenance staff
- Manage maintenance budget and spare parts inventory
Requirements:
- 5+ years industrial maintenance with 2+ in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with CMMS (preferably SAP PM)
- Background in high-volume manufacturing
