JOB DETAILS
Lead reliability improvement initiatives across power generation assets. Analyze failure data, develop PM strategies, and drive equipment uptime improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures
- Develop and optimize PM task lists
- Manage vibration analysis and oil analysis programs
- Partner with operations to reduce unplanned downtime
Requirements:
- 5+ years in maintenance or reliability engineering
- CMRP certification preferred
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
- Strong data analysis skills
