By using the Maintenance Jobs Board website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Maintenance Jobs Board is a job listing aggregator. We display job listings sourced from third-party publisher programs (such as Jooble). We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruitment firm. We do not represent any employer listed on the Site.

When you click "Apply Now," you leave this Site and are redirected to an employer's or publisher's application portal. Your relationship with that employer is governed by their own terms, not ours.

Listings are pulled from third-party feeds and are displayed as provided by those publishers. We apply a $40/hr wage filter, but we cannot independently verify every data point in every listing. Job titles, pay rates, locations, and availability are subject to change by the employer without notice to us.

We make no guarantee that any specific job is still open, that the advertised pay rate is accurate, or that applying will result in employment. Always verify details directly with the employer before making any employment decisions.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest job listings
• Artificially inflate click counts or manipulate our tracking systems
• Attempt to access the admin dashboard or any non-public part of the Site
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Reproduce or redistribute our content without permission

When you click a job listing, we record this event server-side before redirecting you. This is how we track publisher performance and get paid. By using the Site, you consent to this click recording. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected.

If you subscribe to job alerts, you are consenting to receive periodic email communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will honor unsubscribe requests immediately.

The Site's design, code, and original content are our intellectual property. Job listing content is owned by the respective publishers and employers. Nothing on this Site grants you a license to reproduce our original work.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings will be accurate or current. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site — including any employment outcomes, or lack thereof, that result from applying to jobs listed here.

The Site links to employer application portals and publisher platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Review their policies before submitting personal information.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
